If you're looking for a Boos Block style cutting board that is cheaper, and hand made, then this is for you. Each board is made from Hard Maple, which is a domestic hardwood that is very durable and well suited for daily use cutting boards. Each board is finished with food safe mineral oil to keep your board protected and looking fresh. There is also a larger 16" x 12" board in another listing if you're looking for something larger.
