American Flag Tray (6" x 7") - CNC Digital Carving Files

If you own a CNC and you are looking to make this 6" x 7" American Flag Tray shown in the pictures, then you can buy these g-code files (post-processed for a OneFinity CNC) to create your own tray. The materials and CNC bits required for this particular design are specified below. In addition to the g-code files, a *.DXF file will also be included if you would like to import the actual design into another CNC program, but the tool paths will have to be recreated using that software.

Included in this purchase are all the g-code files required to carve the item with your CNC along with a set of instructions. No physical items (e.g. wood, accessories, etc.) are included in this purchase.

Material Size Required:
Stock needs to be at least 6" x 7" and should be 0.75" in thickness

Accessories:
None.

Please note: the pictures show a tray that was "hollowed out" using a 1/4" end mill, but the G-code files were created to use a 3/4" bowl bit to do this clearing. I have found the rounded corners left by the bowl bits to be a more refined final product.
